Ingredients:
- 2 cups creamy peanut butter
- 1 cup unsalted butter
- 4 cups powdered sugar
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
Instructions:
Put parchment paper around the edges of a 9x9-inch square baking pan, leaving some overhang to make it easy to take off later
Put the peanut butter and butter in a bowl that can go in the microwave
While stirring every 30 seconds, melt the chocolate in the microwave until it is completely smooth
Adding the vanilla extract and salt to the peanut butter mix will make it taste better
Slowly add the powdered sugar to the mixture and mix it in well until it's all mixed in
Spread the peanut butter fudge mixture out evenly in the pan that has been prepared
Put the fudge in the fridge for at least two hours, or until it sets
When the fudge is set, use the extra parchment paper to lift it out of the pan
Serve the fudge by cutting it into squares
