Ingredients:
- 1 cup all-purpose flour
- 2 large eggs
- 1 1/2 cups milk
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 2 tablespoons melted butter
- Nutella as needed
- 2 ripe bananas, sliced
- Powdered sugar for dusting
- Whipped cream optional
Instructions:
In a mixing bowl, combine the all-purpose flour and salt
In a separate bowl, whisk together the eggs, milk, and melted butter
Gradually add the wet ingredients to the dry ingredients, whisking until a smooth batter forms
Heat a non-stick skillet over medium heat and lightly grease it with butter or oil
Pour a small amount of crepe batter into the skillet, swirling it around to create a thin, even layer
Cook the crepe for about 1-2 minutes, or until the edges start to lift and the bottom is golden brown
Carefully flip the crepe and cook for another 1-2 minutes on the other side
Remove the crepe from the skillet and repeat the process with the remaining batter, stacking the crepes on a plate as you go
To assemble the crepes, spread a generous amount of Nutella on each crepe, leaving a border around the edges
Add sliced bananas on top of the Nutella
Fold the crepe in half and then in half again to create a triangle shape
Dust the crepes with powdered sugar and, if desired, top with whipped cream
Serve the Nutella Banana Crepes warm and enjoy!
