Ingredients:
- 1 lb ground beef
- 1/4 cup breadcrumbs
- 1/4 cup diced onion
- 1/4 cup diced pickles
- 1/4 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1 egg
- 1 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
- 1/2 tsp garlic powder
- 1/2 tsp paprika
- 4 hamburger buns
- Lettuce leaves
- Tomato slices
- Ketchup and mustard optional
Instructions:
In a large mixing bowl, combine ground beef, breadcrumbs, diced onion, diced pickles, shredded cheddar cheese, egg, salt, black pepper, garlic powder, and paprika
Mix the ingredients until well combined, but avoid overmixing, as it can make the burgers tough
Divide the mixture into 4 equal portions and shape them into burger patties
Preheat your grill to medium-high heat and oil the grates to prevent sticking
Place the burger patties on the grill and cook for about 4-5 minutes per side, or until they reach your desired level of doneness
Toast the hamburger buns on the grill for about 1-2 minutes until they are lightly browned
Assemble your hamburgers by placing a lettuce leaf on the bottom half of each bun, followed by a burger patty, tomato slices, and optional ketchup and mustard
Top with the other half of the bun and serve hot
Enjoy your perfectly seasoned juicy grilled hamburgers!
