Cap'n Crunch Chocolate Chip Cookies



These delightful Cap'n Crunch Chocolate Chip Cookies combine the crunch of cereal with the sweetness of chocolate chips. A perfect treat for all cookie and cereal lovers!

Ingredients:

  • 1 cup Cap'n Crunch cereal, crushed
  • 2 cups all-purpose flour
  • 1 teaspoon baking soda
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1 cup unsalted butter, softened
  • 3/4 cup granulated sugar
  • 3/4 cup brown sugar, packed
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 2 large eggs
  • 2 cups semisweet chocolate chips

Instructions:

Before you start cooking, heat the oven to 375F 190C

Mix the flour, baking soda, and salt together in a bowl using a whisk

Put the butter, granulated sugar, brown sugar, and vanilla extract in a different bowl

Mix them together until the recipe is smooth

One egg at a time, beat in until everything is well mixed

Slowly add the dry flour mixture to the wet mixture and mix it in until it's just combined

The chocolate chips and crushed Cap'n Crunch cereal should be carefully mixed in

Put spoonfuls of dough on a baking sheet that has parchment paper on it

After the oven is hot, bake for 9 to 11 minutes, or until the edges are golden brown

For a few minutes, let the cookies cool on the baking sheet

Then, move them to a wire rack to cool completely
